Doha Central Bliss Danang Hotel by Haviland

Good place with many friendly staff. Right in the centre of the city is really a strong point.

Doha Hotel is just a 3-minute taxi ride away, and it provides a welcoming drink. The manager is very passionate about being helpful. I like the hotel's decoration and the convenience store at the entrance. The staff are proactive in helping me find what I need. There is a road shown on the attached map. Along that road, you will find many interesting shops. Please take some time to explore the surrounding area.

Hotel looks Creepy! they have 13th floor which me any my friend was assigned (for our room). maybe this is new to me but there’s a strange feeling me and my friend felt about the hotel.

The room was clean and neat. The hotel is in the city center so it's easy to get food or shopping around

The air conditioner and Wi-Fi were not good. I stayed in this hotel for two nights. Initially, I booked one night but later decided to extend for another night. I had already informed the receptionist about my extension when he reminded me of the check-out time. Later, I went out and returned to the hotel around 2 AM, I saw other guests in my room. I asked the front desk staff what had happened. He replied that he didn’t know anything about it because he was on the night shift. He then called his manager and assigned me another room, which was not what I had originally booked. My reservation was for a Deluxe Double Room with a city view and a window, but the room I was given had twin single beds and no window. In the end, no one offered me an apology. I feel that they don't know how to check their booking and they don't know how to handle problem.
