Very good service, prompt response to queries and provide free pick up/ drop off to Dali old town. Room is clean and cosy. Delicious breakfast and free coffee and ginger tea all days.

This hotel was impressed me start from 1 month before my trip. 小管家初一was start contact me via wechat for my booking details and provide a lot useful information about my stay and trip. One day before arrived I had request pick up service from dali train station, they have patiently confirm my train details and awaiting us at front of exit. Since the pick up we ald can feel the hospitality, they arrange us 7 seated MPV with luxurious and clean interior. The driver also very helpful and resourceful to introduce us history of dali. The 1st night we arrived was ald 10pm, and the hotel provide very warm greeting, introduction, fast check in, and service. Interior design of the hotel is very vintage with full of wood made furniture. Room super duper clean, socket is sufficient with well located at everywhere in the room. We have been offered a cup of warm milk before sleep also. Next day breakfast is start from 7.30am. Choices is acceptable with this middle size of hotel but taste very good and no repeated during my 2 days stay. They also offering free high tea tea for us in their beautiful succulent garden. During check out, we just pass them the key and they providing us mineral water and fresh flower cookies as gift. Here I like to say thank you to everyone in the hotel, definitely will introduce this hotel to anyone who like to come dali. This is the best hotel I ever stay in China.

We stayed at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel from 11-13th May 2025. The hotel is a 45-minute drive from the railway station (大理站) and an 8-minute drive from Dali Ancient City (大理古城). Upon arriving at Dali Railway Station, our driver Ye (业) provided us with complementary water and drove us to the hotel in a spacious and comfortable car. We were warmly greeted by hotel staff KiKi who served us hot tea when we checked in, and helped us carry our luggage all the way to the third floor. The hotel provides daily breakfasts & warm milk at night, as well as complementary drop-off to Dali Ancient City & one-time pick-up from the airport/railway station. The hotel also has outdoor seats, and we enjoyed relaxing in Dali’s cool evening weather. The hotel staff’s service is unmatched, and you can easily reach them via Wechat for any assistance. Checking out was also hassle-free, and Miya (七月) hurriedly insisted on taking our luggage, and sent us off with complementary cake before we departed for Kunming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone looking for stellar service and hospitality in Dali to stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel.

Very clean hotel with nice modern room. 24hr service via wechat to help us with anything we need. Very impressed with the service by all staff especially 小管家 七月/熊大 . Location is near ancient city, opposite Dali University so there are some basic eating options within walking distance. Our room is on level 3 and there is no lift. Hotel staff carried our luggages during check-in and check-out. We used the complimentary drop-off, pick-up to ancient city, all went well with communication via WhatsApp. They also helped us arrange a 1 day Erhai tour. Overall, a very well run hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends who visit Kunming Convenient location and next to 翠湖公园 Clean and good breakfast. Nice and relax.

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

If you’re looking for a hotel in Dali to stay, look no further and choose Luchun Hotel! Travelled with my family and we stayed at different big brand name hotels during our entire trip. However, everyone’s favourite was Luchun Hotel owing to its high service standards and quality offerings! The rooms were well furnished and homely with an overall wooden aesthetic. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious with a nice toilet. However, we would definitely say the star of the hotel is its staff! Staff were genuinely concerned about our wellbeing, checking in on how our stay was every morning and if we felt comfortable. The hotel also provided free transportation to the ancient town nearby, night time warm milk for turn down service, a good quality high tea set and even offered free gifts and water for us to bring on our journey upon checking out. Although breakfast did not offer a huge variety, the food options were of great quality and were delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for Dali and would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever return!

Amazing stay ❤️ we arrived in the morning and could check in already, and throughout our whole stay, we were well taken care of, with welcome drinks, fruits, night time warm milk, and even a complimentary ride back to the train station after we checked out. We were told to add the staff on wechat, and communication was smooth and quick - they answered any questions we had, and even gave us recommendations on places to visit. The room was also great, lots of space and beautiful views of the garden downstairs. Many thanks to staffs 七月/十五 for taking great care of us during our stay!

At 2.5 km approximately from the ancient city, Dali Ancient City is a very pleasant hotel with a karge and very nice garden, and well-furnished and wide rooms. The personnel is young and attentionate. The buffet breakfast is varied, and there are many additional benefits with the booking (pickup or dropout at the station or airport, fruit yogourt and dessert welcome platter, hot milk every night, etc.) Overall, an excellent address, highly recommended.
